Building a custom website can take as little as a few hours or a few weeks depending on the complexity of your needs. Once we review your needs we can provide an estimate and of course give you regular status updates.
We use open source code that any qualified web designer can edit, and you can move your site to any hosting you prefer (Some cheap hosting accounts like Godaddy may not run your site well or at all). All of our sites have easy to use graphical admin interfaces that most anyone can use without learning html or css coding.
We provide support for all products we provide and is included in your hosting fees. Some issues that are not deemed the fault of the software or hosting environment may incur a fee for support. You will be notified and will have to authorize any fee's being charged prior to work being performed.
Customer Support Questions
We are located in the Antelope Valley and do not have offices open to the public. If you prefer a more personal experience we are happy to meet you over a cup of joe at your preferred coffee shop or eatery. But we do most of our work over the phone and by email which has proven to be very effective.
Our hours of operation vary greatly depending on our work load. We are not always in the office so please leave us a voice mail, e-mail, or support ticket and we will get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
Website development is expensive because it takes many hundreds of hours to design and refine it. It takes a lot of work but we feel we provide the best product for the lowest price.
